WABI-SABI CATS

The Wabi-Sabi Cat is an original creation by Erynn Chiemi Tanimoto at the age of 13. Since then, the series has expanded to 9 designs, with more to come!

Life is Wabi-Sabi

Even the Wabi-Sabi Cat knows that life’s not purr-fect. Wabi-Sabi is the Japanese view of life that finds beauty in things that are simple, humble, unrefined, and impermanent. Embrace this concept, and find joy in life’s imperfections.

Our “Wabi-Sabi Cat” designs are created and assembled here at our studio in Hilo,
Hawaii. They are either printed on handmade paper or premium quality photo paper.
Each artwork is custom framed in-house, protected with plexiglass, and ready for
hanging.
